Description
The 133 parts of this Airfix construction kit build a 17 1/4 inch model of H.M.S. "Hood", the Royal Naval ship which made so many goodwill cruises between 1929 and 1939. Faithfully reproduced in miniture are her eight 15 inch, twelve 5.5 inch and four 4 inch guns as well as two multiple 2-pounders. – Taken from the 1st edition catalogue (1962)
