Description
Wagon Train – Airfix kit S15, first issued in 1963, Series 1, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1963 to 2005. Later renumbered 01715-8, 1715.
46-piece set completely finished with the exception of painting and the snap together 9-part wagon assembly. The kind of items that were carried in the wagons – fireplace, buckets, fire-pot, sacks, barrels, trucks – are also included. So are horses, families, and the famous wagon train scout. An excellent companion set for Airfix Cowboys and Indians. – Taken from the 2nd edition catalogue (1963)
