S.E 210 Caravelle – Airfix kit SK400, first issued in 1961, Series 1, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1962 to 2007. Later renumbered 02170-4, 4175, 3177.

No. 2 in the Skyking Series, the Caravelle of Sub Aviation has 45 parts and makes into a man-sized 9 1/4 inch wing-span model. The main feature in design of the Caravelle is it's attention to passenger comfort, and contributing largely to this is the rear mounting of the Roll-Royce turbo-jets. Without loss of efficiency, the deafening roar made by these massive engines disappears in the wake of the aircraft, leaving passengers in comparative vibrationless and noise-free comfort. As with the Comet 4B, the Caravelle may be completed with wheels down or retracted. A capsule of adhesive cement is included with this kit. – Taken from the 1st edition catalogue (1962)
