Description
Zoo Animals – Set 2 – Airfix kit S25, first issued in 1966, Series 1, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1966 to 1975. Later renumbered 01725-5.
Again containing 21 pieces this set has a further range of animals, among them a fully grown elephant, a giraffe, a hippopotamus, kangaroos, penguins and seals. Combined with set 1 it gives a really complete and authentic zoo in miniature. – Taken from the 4th edition catalogue (1966)
