Windmill – Airfix kit 4019, first issued in 1958, Series 2, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1962 to 1980. Later renumbered 03624-9.
For model railway enthusiasts who follow the pre-grouping era, this exact scale model of an English Post Mill will provide just that extra touch of realism. The span of the sails measures 190mm. (7 1/2 inches) and the height to the roof is 114mm. (4 1/2 inches). – Taken from the 1st edition catalogue (1962)
