Turbo Blackbird – Airfix kit 14404, first issued in 1982, Series 14, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1982 to 1984. Later renumbered 9 14404.
The latest and most distinctive of Americas high performance mass production road cars, is the Turbocharged Firebird. The luxurious appearance of this black and gold beauty belies the tremendous power under the bonnet that makes this machine one of the high performance racers of the age. This super detailed 1/16th kit of the Turbo Blackbird has opening bonnet and doors, with removeable T-roof, and includes optional Recaro seats.
