Description
B.H.C. SRN4 – Airfix kit SK912, first issued in 1970, Series 9, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1969 to 1979. Later renumbered 09171-8.
Now in service on cross-channel ferry routes, the huge SRN4 'Mountbatten' hovercraft normally carry 30 cars and over 250 passengers. This fascinating kit has a transparent roof section and side to enable the beautifully detailed interior, complete with seats and cars to be displayed. – Taken from the 7th edition catalogue (1969)
