Douglas 'Dauntless' – Airfix kit 252, first issued in 1967, Series 2, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1967 to 2001. Later renumbered 02022-6, 9 02022, 2022.
The carrier-based 'Dauntless' was the most effective of the U.S. Navy dive bombers. The kit has optional parts for producing any of the main varients. – Taken from the 5th edition catalogue (1967)
