Description
Level Crossing – Airfix kit 4022, first issued in 1959, Series 1, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1962 to 1980. Later renumbered 15, 01615-9, 03612-6.
One kit makes a single track crossing, but provision is made for double track working, using two of these kits suitable for standard 6 foot way or any required double track width by cutting the centre sistance pieces as required, The width of a single gate is 76mm. (3 inches). – Taken from the 1st edition catalogue (1962)
