1930 Bentley – Airfix kit 1344, first issued in 1956, Series 1, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1962 to 2004. Later renumbered 73, 01443-6, 02446-8, 2446.
40 parts go to make up this superbly detailed 5 1/2 inch model of the 4 1/2 litre supercharged Bentley. This car, which has a maximum speed of 130 m.p.h., finished second in the 1930 French Grand Prix. – Taken from the 1st edition catalogue (1962)
