Austin Healey Sprite – Airfix kit 17003, first issued in 1992, Series 17, listed in the Airfix catalogues from 1991 to 1992.
This was amongst the most famous light weight sports cars, affectionately known as "Frog Eyed", due to its protruding headlamps. This kit reproduces the "Frog Eyed" car in every detail, including metal chassis components. – Taken from the 1991 edition catalogue
