Delivery within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail.
Delivery overseas (outside the UK) are sent via Royal Mail AirMail.
Delivery costs are added in the checkout.
We will always make every attempt possible to deliver kits ordered on time. We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the postal service. We are not responsible for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of the delivery service. We are also not responsible for any damage or loss while in the possession of the postal service.
We try to dispatch all orders within one working day. Deliveries are packed securely to minimise any damage caused in transit.
If goods are undeliverable and are returned to us, a redelivery charge of £3 will be charged. This must be paid before we resend your order.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you.
Due to some of the models on this site being old/used/second hand we can not offer a replacement. All old/used/second hand kits are "sold as seen".
We can however offer a full refund if you are not satisfied within 7 days of receipt. The kit MUST be returned to us in a re-sellable condition and securely packed. We will refund the cost of the kit once it has been received to us and checked, pictures are taken throughout the opening of the returned package. This is to be used as proof should the model be returned to us incorrectly and a refund is not approved.
Please Do Not use standard mail when returning items to us (i.e. not requiring a recipient's signature) as we cannot be held responsible for goods not arrived. You will not receive a refund if we do not receive the item.
You must notify us by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page within 7 working days of receipt and be returned to us within 14 working days of receipt. The tracking number should also be emailed to us once you have posted the kit(s). If you have started the model and are not satisfied we are unable to process a refund. Any model returned because of a "change of mind" will need to be cancelled within 7 days. We will only refund the cost of the kit(s) not the return postage cost. The original cost to us for the postage of the kit(s) is deducted from the refund price.
Undeliverable packages that have been returned to us and do not require redelivery can be refunded on request. We will only refund the cost of the kit.
We can not issue a refund if the box is damaged in transit. Kits must be returned to us in a resalable condition.
A refund will only be issued for returned items after they have been received by us and have been checked. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the damage is caused by abuse, misuse or non-delivery damage.
Customer returns are subject to scrutiny in respect of abuse and damage caused after delivery and may not be refunded. Pictures are taken as proof.
All damages and returns should be reported to us and order numbers MUST be quoted.
