Start by laying all the parts on a tray and identifying them with the instructions. Small pieces should be painted before assembly and this is more easily done while they are still on their sprue or stem. To obtain a satisfactory finish on large surfaces, make sure that each piece is free from any grease. This can be done by washing larger parts in a detergent solution. A clear sharp hull line can best be obtained by using a mask of adhesive or some similar material. For attaching the small pieces a pair of stamp tweezers will be found most useful.
