The following description is taken from the first appearance of this kit in an Airfix Catalogue.
Thousands of people, together with theirs cars have been flown to and from the Continent of Europe for their holidays by aircraft of this type since 1948. With fully operating loading doors and loading ramps, this model excites the imagination. No less than 107 parts make up this realistic model, and the finished plane, with Silver City transfers and "14th July" nameplate, has a wing span of 18 inches. As with all Airfix aircraft kits more realism can be added by displaying them with Civilian Personnel from pack S6 in the Airfix range of "00" scale figures.
*** Pictured here is the actual kit for sale (unless stated otherwise). If you have any questions about this kit please contact us. ***
